Services provided by the Employee Relations unit
The Employee Relations unit provides consulting services to the campus on the full range of human resources issues. If you have a question that we cannot answer, we will get an answer or refer you to the correct party.
The Employee Relations Specialists provide:
- conflict resolution, management consultation
- performance management workshops
- help with reorganizations and organizational development
- information, interpretation of, and best practices regarding policies, union contracts, campus personnel procedures, and complaint procedures.
