The Supervisory Development Lab (SDL) is an 8-day program designed
to provide the foundation information, skills, and techniques necessary
for those in supervisory positions. If you have been supervisor for
less than two years or are an experienced supervisor and would like
to refresh your supervisory skills, you are encouraged to attend SDL.
