Article 2
DURATION
A. This Agreement shall become effective October 1, 2007 and shall remain in full force and effect until October 1, 2011. There will be a wage re-opener after two (2) years.
B. This Agreement shall renew itself from year to year unless either party shall give written notice by registered mail at least sixty (60) calendar days prior to October 1, 2011, of its desire to terminate or modify this Agreement.
C. During the period of negotiations, this Agreement, including those articles under discussion, shall remain in full force and effect.
