Article 13

REHABILITATION

1. The University will provide assistance to regular employees who become disabled when such disabilities substantially limit their work activities. This assistance may include information about vocational rehabilitation services and reasonable accommodation.
   
   
2. After receipt of medical documentation addressing the nature of the medical condition and the restrictions upon the employee's work activities, the University will determine what assistance, if any, will be offered to the employee.
