Employee Relations services

Services provided by the Employee Relations unit

The Employee Relations unit provides consulting services to the campus on the full range of human resources issues. If you have a question that we cannot answer, we will get an answer or refer you to the correct party.

The Employee Relations Specialists provide:

conflict resolution, management consultation
performance management workshops
help with reorganizations and organizational development
information, interpretation of, and best practices regarding policies, union contracts, campus personnel procedures, and complaint procedures.
