We recognize that through these changes, some of you may be reconsidering your current job situation and/or exploring new career paths. The goal of this conference is to equip you with some tools to guide you through this transitional time. The all-day NOW Conference includes inspiring keynote speakers, and concurrent workshops to expose staff to career planning, job seeking and career resilience resources and tools to support their job futures on campus. This conference is free and is exclusive to UC Berkeley staff.
