Signing the waiver will allow monthly retirement income to continue uninterrupted by periods of active UCRP membership. Upon signing the waiver, any annuitant insurances (medical and dental) will continue, although the rehired retiree may be entitled to additional health and welfare plans as an employee under the Mid-Level or CORE benefits package pursuant to the percent and duration of the appointment.
