DBCs & DHRMs: Ordering Forms and Publications

Departments can access most forms and publications for their employees on the systemwide HR/Benefits website, At Your Service, or on our forms page. However, sometimes departments need many copies of certain forms and publications.

In these instances, hard copies of most forms and publications can be ordered from the KP Corporation. A listing of available forms and publications is on the KP website.

To access the KP website, you will need a user ID and password. Each department is assigned a user ID and password. If you need your department's information, send us an email.

If you only occasionally need to print out forms and publications, please continue to use the At Your Service site, as follows:

• For employee forms and publications, click on the "Quick Links" dropdown menu in the top right corner of the page, then scroll down and click on "Forms and Publications."
• For administrative forms and publications, click on the "Administrators" tab (located under the "Quick Links" dropdown, top right of page), then on the appropriate link under "Information About:"
