HCM: Talent Acquisition Manager (TAM)
The Talent Acquisition Manager (TAM) component of HCM is used by departmental HR administrators to manage their job openings. This is done by submitting openings, reviewing applicants, and documenting the steps of a job recruitments.
TAM is the system of record for staff recruitment for UC Berkeley. Interview team members access TAM (through BLU-Recruiting Activities) to see the applications for their job openings.
