HCM: Department Support

The Human Capital Management System (HCM) Recruiting Solutions module consists of the following two components:

• Candidate Gateway is used by internal and external applicants to view job listings and apply for positions.
• Talent Acquisition Manager is where HR administrators manage their job openings by submitting openings, reviewing applicants, and recording the steps of their recruitments. Interview team members also access TAM (through BLU) to see the applications for their job openings.
