HCM: Department Administrator Lookup
How to find a departmental HCM Workforce Administrator
- Log into HCM. In your Workforce Administration menu, click on Reports > Data Administration > HRMS Role Holders Info.

Click on the magnifying glass/lookup for the Role Name field.

Use the Role Name description lookup to find "BK Workforce Admin Update" . Click Lookup.

Then click on the link that comes up.

Back on the main HRMS Role Holders page, in the field labeled Home Dept enter the 5 digit code for the department you are trying to lookup. Then click the Search button.

One or more names and email addresses of people who can update HCM records for that department will display below your search.
NOTE: The search looks at the HOME DEPT code of the person who has access, so for some smaller departments that are in a shared service unit, it may not display any results. In that case, please contact HCM helpdesk.
