Human Resources Management System

For all campus eRecruit Originators—How do I know if my requisitions are closed?

Sign in to your eRecruit Manager Home. Under the heading of “My Job Requisitions” click on the link called Requisition Status. On the search page, enter your Employee ID number in the box labeled “Originator ID” and hit the “Search” button.

A list of all of your requisitions will appear. The column labeled “Status Code” will tell you the requisition’s status. Use the table below to determine what to do in order to close the requisition. Note: Status Codes of 110 and 120 mean Filled/Closed and Cancelled respectively; no action is needed since these requisitions are closed. Congratulations!
