eRecruit Training
Although not required for eRecruit user access, eRecruit training is strongly encouraged and recommended.
The eRecruit training course is interactive, comprehensive, and fun. This one-day, hands-on course covers the entire HRMS eRecruit process. Although specially designed for eRecruit Originators, Authorizers, anyone connected with staff recruitment will benefit from attending. Included in this course: eRecruit business process, using online resources, and hands-on practice:
How to:
- Create and authorize requisitions
- Handle Interview scheduling and record feedback
- Prepare and approve offers
- Hire an applicant
Training sessions take place at 2001 Addison- 1st Floor. Sessions are offered once a month. Enroll via ICE
