HRMS Inquiries
Using HRMS Inquiries
HRMS Inquiries are useful tools for gathering information about your employees. Some inquiries show information about one employee or job record at a time, while others provide lists of information about multiple employees and include a tab-delimited format for easy transfer to Excel or other spreadsheets. All HRMS inquiries are located under Home > Administer Workforce > Administer Workforce (GBL) > Inquire. Below are some of the most useful inquiries:
| Job Summary | Job detail for employees’ jobs in your department only. |
| Multiple Jobs | Job detail for employees’ jobs in your department and other departments, if any. |
| Job Earnings Distribution Summary | Distribution detail for employees’ jobs in your department and other departments, if any. |
| HRMS/PPS Job Summary | Comparison of job and distribution detail in HRMS and PPS, for employees’ jobs in your department and other departments, if any. |
| Appointment Summary | Basic job information for all employee records. |
| Individual Leave Status | Leave status for all employees in your department. |
| Supervisor Inquiry | Supervisors and their direct reports in your department, sorted by supervisor or employee. |
| Departmental Leaves | Employees in your department who are on leave. |
| Emergency Contacts | Emergency contact information for employees in your department. |
| Mailing Addresses | Home mailing address information for employees in your department. |
| START Inquiry | Employees in your department on START reduced time incentive program. |
| Appointment End Date | Employees in your department with appointments ending within the date range specified. |
| Leave Code Inquiry | Current Leave Code for each employee in your department. |
| I4 Separations | Employees in your department who were I4 Separated in PPS and HRMS. |
