UC Administrative Professionals Election
The Public Employee Relations Board (PERB) recently conducted an election to determine whether University employees in certain administrative titles who are not confidential or supervisory employees wish to be represented exclusively in matters relating to their wages, hours, and terms and conditions of employment by the University Professional and Technical Employees union (UPTE) that is affiliated with the Communication Workers of America (CWA).
