University of California and ACBCTC Skilled Crafts Agreement

ALAMEDA COUNTY BUILDING AND CONSTRUCTION TRADES COUNCIL (ACBCTC) AGREEMENT FOR THE SKILLED TRADES
DRAFT AGREEMENT: AUGUST 18, 2009

Following is a draft of the collective bargaining agreement between the Alameda Country Building and Construction Trades Council (ACBCTC) and the University of California for the period August 18, 2009 through October 1, 2013. The contact covers employees in the Skilled Trades unit at the Berkeley Campus and the Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory (LBNL). The final contract language is being prepared at the time.

Please note that "strike through" format has been used to reflect the portions of the contract language that have been deleted as a result of the recent negotiations. Language that has been added is reflected in "bold" and "underlined" format.

The final version of the revised collective bargaining agreement is expected to available soon. AGREEMENT

This Agreement is entered into by and between The Regents of the University of California, a corporation, (hereinafter referred to as the "UNIVERSITY" or "MANAGEMENT") and the Alameda County Building and Construction Trades Council, AFL-CIO (hereinafter referred to as the "UNION").
