UC/ACBCTC Agreement
ARTICLE 26
SALARY
The CAMPUS will provide an across the board increase of 4%, effective January 1, 2007, for all positions represented by ACBCTC.
The CAMPUS will provide a one time incentive in the amount of $600 to all ACBCTC-represented employees in the bargaining unit at the time of ratification of the tentative agreement. The CAMPUS will provide this payment in a separate check, no later than sixty (60) days following the ratification of the agreement.
The CAMPUS will provide an across the board increase of 3%, effective October 1, 2007, for all positions represented by ACBCTC.
Appendix I, attached hereto, sets forth the salaries applicable to CAMPUS employees.
Appendix
II, attached hereto, sets forth the salaries applicable to LABORATORY
employees.
