UC/ACBCTC Agreement

 


ARTICLE 34

DURATION

  1. The terms and conditions of this Agreement shall become effective on October 1, 2006 and remain in full force and effect until terminating on September 30, 2008 with the following exceptions:

    The LABORATORY and UNION will negotiate over LABORATORY wages for 2007-08.

    If the State of California provides money to the UNIVERSITY for wages that exceed that available under the Governor's compact, the parties to meet and confer over any additional monies for 2007-08.

  2. During the period of negotiations, the terms and conditions of this Agreement, including those articles under discussion, shall remain in full force and effect.

  3. Upon mutual agreement this contract may be re-opened for amendment or modification.

 

The foregoing Agreement between the Alameda County Building and Construction trades Council and The Regents of the University of California, having been duly approved by both parties, is hereby executed by the undersigned authorized representative of each party.
