Career Awareness: Career Paths

COrWE and the HR Compensation unit are currently working on a project to help staff members identify potential career paths to assist you in your career development and planning.

The Career Compass job standards in the Berkeley Job Builder currently list Career Path jobs primarily in the same job family. Enhancement of Career Path jobs information is currently being studied based upon two criteria: (1) A high correlation of competencies between job families; and (2) actual movement of staff between job families.  As more data regarding these criteria are available and assessed, more Career Path information will be added to the Berkeley Job Builder and this site.
