Competency & Skill-Building

There are several core competencies that have been identified as important for Berkeley staff to demonstrate in the course of their job performance. Employees being evaluated using the Performance Evaluation and Planning Form are rated on the demonstration of these competencies as it applies to their job. All employees are encouraged to continually improve in these areas.
