Retaining an Engaged Workforce

Engagement is measured by the discretionary effort an employee uses to go above and beyond what is necessary. In the U.S. workforce, 74% of employees are not engaged or actively disengaged. This huge percentage leads to poor productivity, high turnover, low morale, and even undermining work.
