New Employee Orientation
Effectively orienting new employees to the campus and to their positions is critical to establishing successful, productive working relationships. Employees' first interactions with supervisors and the campus should create a positive impression.
The responsibility for creating a positive first impression lies within each department. The time spent planning for the new employee's first days and weeks on the job will greatly increase the chance for a successful start.
