Stressed Out?

With growing concerns related to everything that's going on at UC Berkeley right now, please remember that the following resources are available to help you with reducing your stress:

  • Desktop classes in stress management from UC Learning Center. Log in via blu.berkeley.edu and select e-Learn from the left side menu. When the lynda.com website opens, search for 'stress.' A list of courses will appear.
  • Be Well at Work, the Employee Assistance Program, provides free and confidential consultations for managers and supervisors to help reduce stress during departmental transitions and training services customized to department needs. Consultations are available by phone or in person; call Be Well at Work at (510) 643-7754.
