The Salary Decentralization Toolkit was developed to assist in training for the salary decentralization that took effect on July 1, 2002, when Control Units were delegated salary setting authority.

The Labor Relations Bargaining Unit Salary Action Chart shows status and conditions that apply under the various bargaining units that govern the kind of salary setting methods that can be used. This document (currently October 21, 2003) will be updated to reflect changes in the various bargaining agreements, so please ensure that you have the latest version by checking this website.
