Scheduled Compensation Increases for June and July 2015

Employees in the Police (PA), Clerical (CX), Patient Care Technical (EX), and Police Officer (PA), Registered Nurse (NX), and Service (SX) units are scheduled to receive pay increases in June and July 2015. Central Human Resources is working together with CSS and Central Payroll to implement these increases. For specific information about the compensation increases that will be implemented for each bargaining unit, please consult the “Wages” or “Compensation” provisions for the specific labor agreement. The labor agreements can be accessed through the Human Resources website.

June Compensatory Time Off Election

Departments have the option to offer non-exempt employees compensatory time off (CTO) in lieu of pay for overtime worked. If a department offers CTO, and an employee in that department elects to receive CTO in lieu of pay, the employee needs to sign a CTO election form confirming that election. Each June, employees in the Clerical (CX), Skilled Trades (KB), Staff Research (RX), Service (SX) and Technical (TX) units have the opportunity to change that election. Information about compensatory time off and the employee election process can be found in the Compensatory Time Off section of the Human Resources website.
